Our Approach

Diverse markets, diverse customers, diverse talent, diverse conditions — all good reasons why solutions that consult and integrate diverse perspectives and talent are the most adaptive and successful.

At Inclusion4Performance, we help individuals and organizations cultivate inclusive environments. We know that Inclusion – climates of mutual respect, psychological safety, and trust that value differences –foster high performance.

Many companies want to cultivate Inclusion but few know what steps to take to do so. Inclusion4Performance has decades of successful experience cultivating Inclusive team environments and cultures. With our proven tools and methods, we don’t just talk, we deliver!

Our solutions help organizations and individuals transform the dynamics and practices of exclusion – bias, favoritism, and microaggressions.

We help organizations transform exclusion practices by:

  • recognizing the value of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion,
  • assessing their structures, policies, and practices for bias, and
  • renovating them to promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

We help individuals transform exclusion dynamics by developing:

  • the ability to Recognize them when they happen,
  • the courage to Address them, and
  • the skill to respectfully Discuss and transform them.
